Using Scrub with your AI

Connect Scrub to your AI once. Then ask it for the work, and get the finished thing back in the same conversation.

Connect

Signed in, Connect your AI in the console shows these steps with each thing to copy, and says when your AI has signed in.

• Claude. Open Claude's form for a custom connector. Open Claude. Name it Scrub, paste this address as the MCP server URL and press Continue. https://mcp.scrub.app/mcp Keep what Claude suggests and press Add. Then allow Scrub on the page that opens. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds it first, in Organization settings, Connectors; then you find Scrub in your connectors and press Connect. Free plans can add one custom connector.
• Claude Code. Run this in your terminal. claude mcp add --transport http scrub https://mcp.scrub.app/mcp In Claude Code, type /mcp, choose scrub, and allow Scrub on the page that opens.
• Another AI. Add a connector, sometimes called an MCP server, with this address. https://mcp.scrub.app/mcp Allow Scrub on the page that opens. If it asks for a key instead, issue one in Account and give it as the header Authorization, with Bearer and the key. Issue a key.
• Your own code. The same tools over HTTP, with a key from Account. The API documentation lists every one with an example, and the console has a page to try them.

Sign-up comes with credit to try it. To disconnect an AI, open Account, Connected AIs, in the console.

Change a result afterwards, such as moving a caption. The original is kept.

Your files

• When a job needs a file, your AI gives you a link to a Scrub page to choose it. Uploading is free.
• Files and results stay in the EU for 90 days, or until you delete them in the console.

Paying

• Each job is paid for by the work it does, such as minutes of video. A job that fails is not charged.
• Credit is prepaid, added by card in the console, and never expires.
• Spending has an hourly cap, which you can raise.
• When credit runs low, your AI is told where to add more.

Things to ask

• Put captions on Tuesday’s interview.
• Turn this call into something I can read.
• Put these receipts in a spreadsheet for my accountant.
• Transcribe the interview I am about to upload and give me subtitles as an SRT file.
• Make this video small enough to email.
• Move the captions on the video you just made to the top.
